I’m a technician, semi-retired from that field. Any tools I use now are supplied by myself and not my employers. This set will do at least 90% of the work I do. Really almost all the work except for those odd ball jobs that require an application specific set. The bits are not hardened, get extra sets to accommodate the loss by rounding out tips. I just used this set today when I replaced drives in a Mac Mini and to replace the USB connector in a Lenovo Android tablet.
